At Engraving, Awards & Gifts, we take pride in our craftsmanship; while custom-engraved items are final sale, non-personalized home decor may be returned within 30 days of delivery. We are committed to ensuring your awards and gifts arrive in perfect condition and will replace any items damaged during transit.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and photos if the item is damaged or incorrectly engraved.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the non-personalized items in their original gift box and protective packaging to prevent damage during the return journey.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
