How long does the engraving process take?
Most custom orders are processed and engraved within 3 to 5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, please allow up to 7 business days before your item ships.
Can I see a proof of my design before it is engraved?
Yes, we offer digital proofs upon request. Once you place your order, our design team will email a mockup for your approval within 24 hours to ensure your gift is perfect.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been engraved. However, if there is a manufacturer defect or an error on our part, we will replace the item immediately at no cost.
Do you offer bulk discounts for corporate awards?
Absolutely. We offer tiered pricing for large orders of trophies, plaques, and corporate gifts. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote on orders of 20 units or more.
